Returns Policy
Exchange only, no money back, in store credit only. Merchandise must arrive back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number. Items must be in brand new condition. No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free. All SALES items are a final sale.
Return Process
Detailed guidelines for returns:
- Please do not attempt to return items beyond our 14 DAY exchange policy.
- A gift card will be sent to you as soon as we receive your return.
- Please include packing slip OR your own note with your name and order number.
- Buyer assumes all return shipping costs unless we made a mistake.
- Ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the items is yours once delivered.
- All clearance items are final sales, no refunds on clearance items!
Shipping
Returns will be accepted for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY on regular-priced merchandise. Due to how quickly we process orders, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. ALL SEASONAL AND HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
All returns must be approved; please notify us at this email BEFORE sending returns. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
936 and Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: blankets, cups, beauty products, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear, door busters, Holiday pieces, and athletic wear.
We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at 936andco@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at 936andco@gmail.com

Once returned, your items will be processed in 3-7 business. A gift card will be sent via email.
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some addresses. We ship with USPS and UPS to better serve everyone. There will be free shipping offered on any orders over $100.
